advanced medical imaging systems. In
addition, URS is a
worldwide distributor of radiological
equipment, such as HF generator, radiographic
systems, mobile and portable x-ray units for
human and animal use, Digital Radiographic
systems ( DR –tech Flat Panel), C-arm
mobile units and digital imaging workstations.
URS
is affiliated with several imaging
industries - COMED, POSKOM and DR-Tech. DR
-Tech is dedicated to the design and
manufacture of DR flat panels and imaging
workstations. COMED manufactures general
radiographic systems, including HF
generators and C-arm mobile units. POSKOM is
a major manufacturer of portable X-ray units
and mobile x-ray systems.
URS
technical service group provides field
support and installation in North
America, including all repair service
support for previously sold by AMI,
ACOMA X-ray, KRAMEX, VET-RAY, MEDISON and
MEDISON- ACOMA .
URS
is located in the Village of Deerfield,
Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago.
